There are two options for uploading larger files, please choose the one you prefer:

Flash This is a Flash based upload for files of up to 20 megabytes and requires the Adobe Flash browser plugin.

Silverlight This uses Microsoft's Silverlight plugin to upload files. This works with any size file and is highly recommended for larger files.
